Want to help reach the nations for Christ?
Philippines is a country very open to spiritual things but most of the country have no clear understanding of the gospel.
The country is predominately Roman Catholic and so most people think they are going to heaven because they are "good people".
It is a ripe mission field where people are not hesitant to speak about spiritual things, so the focus of the trip will be having gospel conversations with people we meet on the streets. The people largely speak English in Manila (the city we'll be going to), so it makes it easy to speak to them.
You will grow spiritually, you will get out of your comfort zone, and it will be a joy to serve Christ. Even if you have never evangelised before, it is one of the best training grounds.

Manila, Philippines: 4th - 14th March 2025
Cost: $500 estimated cost (excluding flights) per person.
(Price estimate is in Australian dollars, based on hotel costs of $200 twin share (individual rooms are available for $200 extra), food costs of $275, taxi costs of $25. Excludes the cost for travel insurance. A return flight Australia-Manila approx $600-$900 depending on where you are coming from or NZ-Manila approx $1200-$1400 NZD)
No COVID-19 vaccination is required for entry into the Philippines.

Requirements:
A valid passport
The funds required
The right mindset - that we are there to evangelise, not just to see another country
The physical capability of being on the streets for 4-5 hours most days, on your feet a lot of that time (with breaks)
The desire to work as a team
If under 18, an adult guardian must accompany you (there may be exceptions)
Agree with our Statement of Faith
